What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This applies to:

  • Digital Cameras (Canon, Nikon, Sony)

  • Coach Bags

If a product you purchased is found to be defective within 12 months of the delivery date, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a full refund—at no cost to you.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized repairs

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)

  • Damage caused by water (unless stated as waterproof)

  • Batteries, chargers, or accessories unless they are part of the original product bundle
